Travel Assessment Registration

Travel Soccer is generally for kids 9 years and older; depending on the interest level for the age group. There is one season which includes fall and spring sessions, Tryouts for the following fall are in May and registration in July.
- The teams are created by birth year (regardless of grade); this is controlled by NYS with little or no exception.
- For reference, a child born in 2015 would be on a U-10 team in the 2024/25 season.
- Practices are usually 2 days a week, based on the coach’s schedule
- Games are Sunday, and scheduled by the parent league EHYSL
- 5 games are home; 5 are away from 10 to about 60 minutes travel
- Tryouts for the following season happen in May, dates will be announced
Each session runs for 10 Sundays. Exact start dates are set by the parent league EHYSL . Generally, fall session starts mid September, skips Indigenous Peoples Day weekend and spring session starts early/mid April, skips Easter weekend and Memorial Day weekend.
Fees (paid once, in fall) for the 2023-2024 Season:
- $330 for teams U11 and under
- $350 for teams U12 and over
- Uniforms are required, plan for approx $75 additional cost
- Weekly professional training is included in the cost
- $20 discount for siblings
- 100% Coach discount (training fees not discounted)
- 50% Assistant coach discount (training fees not discounted)

Coaches and Managers!
The league is 100% parent run and our parent-coaches are a vital part of our organization. The more coaches we have, the more teams we can field. Each team has one coach and at least one assistant coach. If you are still learning the sport of soccer, don’t worry, our team will provide teaching, recommended practice drills are more.
